Works as CheeseThe coconut makes it a bit crumbly so it's not the best vegan cheese I've found, but it's stiff and works well for what it's for. Basically, if having it stay slice-shaped is imperative, make sure to lay it flat or in a container, somewhere it won't get bumped or bent, otherwise you'll have a bag of crumbled cheese instead.
