Delicious, quick and easyThis mix is easy to use and delicious. I cooked up some onion and celery in butter and added it to the stuffing mix using The Meat Guy stuffing herbs and spices. Once it was mixed, I started adding chicken broth (I used Kirkland, but you can use granules -- just dilute them in water first), until the mix was sufficiently moist. I stuffed the bird with it. It added a lot of flavor to the turkey and the stuffing. I'm buying double the amount this year.

Easy and Tasty!Likes: I cooked this separately from my turkey, with Japanese consumme cubes and it came out great! The meat chunks were a nice touch, they added a lot of flavor in addition to the spices. Of course, cooking it in the turkey or with drippings would be even better, but the flavor was good as is.
Dislike: The moisture was somewhat uneven. There were some dry bread chunks, and some overly wet ones. It's easy to overlook if you have gravy, but I think you have to pay attention to how well you mix it before cooking to make it cook evenly.Posted on
