夫の誕生日に娘夫婦と4歳の孫とで頂きました

ラムレッグで必ず思い出すのが
ロアルドダールの小説で
これで夫殴ってからローストして食べるのよねー
塩胡椒とニンニクとローズマリー、オリーブオイルでマリネードして180℃で90分ローストしました
柔らかくて美味しかったです
4歳の孫も結構食べてました

また買いたいと思います
