Smoky beef & pork sausagesI used to buy these when they were available a few years ago, and was sorry to see them disappear. I'm really happy to see they've made a comeback. :)
The taste and texture are both very good, indeed, and the mildly smoky aroma is great. I put a couple of these in a section of a baguette, for a tasty sandwich. They're good as breakfast sausages, too, but I particularly like them in sandwiches (they make brilliant hot dogs).Posted on

Great comboIs there any better combination of meats than beef and pork? I don't think so! Smokey flavour gives it an extra dimension. Thumbs up!

Good SausageI have to say the texture and taste was great. But while simmering them in beer and onions, 2 of the 5 had large air pockets in them which eventually burst.
It would be nice if the sausages would be packed with a small piece of parchment or something allowing them to be easily separated with out thawing all.Posted on

-I never liked sausages until I tried these smokey treats. I simmered them with an IPA and then fried them up for a bit of colour. The taste was great! I'll be recommending these to my friends.
