Description

Total: 3kg!

You've probably already eaten raw horse in one of Japan's izakayas, most likely unknowingly and drunk. These cubes are made to be enjoyed while sober, so just imagine how great they taste when you've been drinking! These horse cubes are seasoned with parsley, oregano, and no additives. Then we vacuum pack them and freeze them immediately. We use a very good and tender cut of meat to make these cubes and they're the perfect size so that they'll cook all the way through on a BBQ in a short amount of time. Horse meat is similar to beef but has a slightly sweet taste and is usually leaner.

Serving Suggestion

Make your own skewers with vegetables and throw them on the grill or in the frying pan for a few minutes. Horse meat is similar to beef but is sweeter and resembles game meat. The natural sweetness makes a good combination with bacon or other strong flavors.

Thawing

The thawing time depends on many factors such as size, weight, packaging, and type of meat. Please refer to our thawing chart ≫here≪
