DESCRIPTION
LIMITED STOCK! This Austrian honey ham is the perfect holiday ham for Christmas! This is a special holiday-exclusive product, so they sell out pretty quickly!
This honey-glazed ham, is definitely one of the best options in Japan for holiday ham.
That's not an exaggeration. You can't get this anywhere else in Japan!
Importing and listing this on our site was basically just an excuse for The Meat Guy himself to get his hands on 'em!
Having ham as a staple during the holidays is more popular in the West, so it may be difficult to find them in Japan. These are great for Christmas and Thanksgiving dinner or home parties!
This one's a salted natural pork thigh glazed with a bunch of honey. Roasted one by one by a skilled Charcutier!
After thawing, you can slice this to your desired thickness and eat as is, or heat the whole block in the oven before serving.
We personally recommend making a sauce using honey, soy sauce and orange juice and coating the ham even more before heating in the oven for about 1-2 hours!♪ If you want to be more extra with it, you can reapply the sauce every 15 minutes. Baking the ham just makes it so much more delicious!

A rarity in JapanDavid H2022/11/23A real, delicious ham at a reasonable price. Hard to find anything comparable in Tokyo in my experience. Had two of them thus far, and my wife and I love them. Excellent!

DeliciousMichael2021/05/17The best ham I have ever eaten in Japan. The flavor and texture is beyond that of an American ham. Enjoy while you can.
