Fabulous ham, this is one of the very best holiday hams you can buy in Japan. We had this imported especially for us - you won't find it anywhere else! This is a natural pork leg that's been cured with the skin-on, then the skin has been coated with honey and roasted. You can thaw it and enjoy as-is, or for something really special, mix up a glaze (I like a little honey, soy-sauce, and orange juice), bake the ham for about 1 - 2 hours, and brush it with glaze every 15 minutes or so. The skin crackles! ITS SO GOOD!
