Not bad but mislabelled?DW2022/04/01Prosciutto is, by definition, a dry-cured ham. It has a lot of complexity and depth, and is usually considerably more expensive than this. There are other things being sold as "prosciutto" on this site that actually are prosciutto, but this clearly isn't. It's very clearly a wet-cured ham, with smoke flavor, as described in the item description. For that kind of ham it is absolutely fine, and I've made some decent stuff with it. It is absolutely not prosciutto by any stretch of the imagination, though, and labeling it as such is entirely misleading.
