Great value for raw dog foodZed2018/08/02I feed my medium-large dog raw food, but my local supermarket doesn't always carry pork fat. He was looking a bit thin, so I got him this head as a treat to help fatten him up a bit. He loves chomping on this thing! What great value! Remove the ears and dehydrate them to make home made treats!

-Guest2017/10/18Great value if you have the time.
Brawn. An old English dish.
Fromage de Tete in French.
Or Headcheese in American lingo, which doesn't sound as sexy as the French version!
Nine hours in total. It would be less if the Meatguy could saw the head in half on some industrial saw as my hacksaw wasn't up to the job and had to do in reverse. That is, remove the mask from the skull and cook in separate pans.
Turned out very successfully though.
