Description
5 of our pork chops cut the way they should be!
(Just in time too).
Enjoy these as traditional porkchops or as roast katsu!
This set also comes included with our steak spice.
Caution: Pork should never be enjoyed rare or medium rare as it could be harmful to health. Cook the chops until well-done and serve with vegetables or other side dishes.
Serving Suggestion
≪A simple Pork Chop Recipe≫
After a bit of salt, pepper and garlic powder and the included The Meat Guy Original Steak Spice, cook normally in a frying pan with a bit of olive oil.
You could also, try a little whiskey marinade and throw them on the grill, you won't regret it.
Here are a few pointers on preventing dry meat:
1. Season or brine generously before cooking. (You could use our famous sea salt and other spices for that)
2. Take the pork chops out of the refrigerator about 15 minutes before you plan to cook them and bring the meat up to room temperature.
3. Overcooking might make the meat as unenjoyable as undercooking it.
4. Let the meat rest for a few minutes after cooking!
Thawing
The thawing time depends on many factors such as size, weight, packaging and the type of meat. Please refer to our thawing chart

Boneless and TastyGodot512024/01/26Gender: MaleAge: Over 60Living in Kagoshima, where much of Japan's pork is produced, I find this better than what is available in the local markets. To be recommended.
