Each bone-in chop is approx. 200g. These little chops are perfect for grilling, just four or five minutes a side and you've got a main course ready.

【Grilled with Garlic】
・Heat some olive oil and garlic in a frying pan until aromatic.
・Season the meat with salt and pepper, then sear each side on low heat for about 4-5 mins per side.
・Remove the meat from the frying pan and let it rest for about 5 minutes.
Just season with The Meat Guy's Original TACO & CHILI SPICE MIX and grill! ♪
