Meat on the bone just tastes better, the bone helps it cook faster and juices and flavor seep into the meat. Plus, if it has a bone you can eat it with your fingers! These little chops are perfect for grilling, just two or three minutes a side and you've got a main course ready.
Each chop is machine cut at approx. 1-2cm and one weighs at least 150gm. One chop per pack, each individually wrapped and loosely packed.
These chops are thin, and with the bone, they cook very fast on a hot grill. Just sear one side, flip it and sear the other and these are done. If you cook much longer it's easy to dry them out and make them a little tough. A good rub or a couple hours in a briny marinade will make them a bit juicier.
For a great marinade, whisk olive oil, brown sugar, lemon juice, mustard, garlic, thyme, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, parsley, salt, and pepper together in a bowl and pour into a large resealable plastic bag. Add pork chops, coat, squeeze out excess air, and seal the bag. Let the marinade sink in the meat for at least a few hours before cooking.
