You also don't need to be a vegetarian to enjoy this one. Eat this every once in a while instead of the usual meat patties for a healthy alternative.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS
■Frying pan
Heat some oil in a frying pan, then cook both sides of the patty for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
Careful not to overcook it, though, Cooking it for too long will result in dry patties!
■Microwave
Remove the packaging and place the patty on a plate. Heat in the microwave for about 50-60 seconds (for one patty.) Take it out of the microwave and let it rest for about 1 minute before eating.
