Comparing to normal karubi you often see, this is more lean and you can enjoy the texture of Grass-Fed Beef. Less fatty which you won't get tired of it. If you have ever felt like "Well...karubi is too greasy for me..." at yakiniku restaurant, you should try this one!

SERVING SUGGESTION
Great to cook on hot plate, electric grill, or BBQ grill outdoors. Of course, frying pan would work as well.
We recommend "medium-rare" by cooking the surface very quick. (Grass-Fed Beef gets tough easily if you heat it too much) Enjoy it with salt/pepper, your favorite yakiniku sauce, or etc. Of course, our Original BBQ Sauce and Steak Sauce will do a great job, too!

Gamey and FattyJojoba2024/07/16The flavour is more gamey than the other grass fed beef from Meat Guy. It’s also very fatty and a little chewy. I bought it for stir fry, and it didn’t work very well for that. For yakiniku, it’s okay.
