The full loin. Full loins can have a lot of variation in size and weight (just like pigs!). These average about 2.5-5.0 kg but might be much larger or smaller with an average length of around 30-55 cm. It is possible to partially thaw, cut into smaller sized portions, and refreeze. Provided you don't let the meat sit at room temperature for more than a few minutes there should be no food safety issues.

You can carve your own boneless chops or just roast the whole thing. Should taste great anyways!
