SERVING SUGGESTIONS

Foie gras is considered a delicatessen and often associated with fine dining. It's very rarely eaten on its own, and is usually paired with steak to make delicious

rossini.
We recommend drizzling a balsamic vinegar sauce on top.
To make the sauce: Pour balsamic vinegar and honey in a frying pan and heat over high heat. When it starts to simmer, reduce the heat to low and mix until it thickens (about 10 minutes). Add sliced ​​mushrooms to your liking for a delicious look, and enjoy while it's hot.

THAWING

Make sure to thaw in the refrigerator. We strongly advise against thawing in room temperature, as this will melt the product and ruin the quality.
While still cold, saute in a frying pan for about 1-2 mins. No need to use oil.
