Crocodile fillet steaks of total 250gm cut from the crocodile fillet. Great for Katsuretsu or just as steaks.
For all of you who didn't have crocodile meat before, it has been described as a pretty healthy meat source due to its composition and for being low in fat and high in protein. The meat itself is described as having a mild flavor and a firm texture. It tastes like chicken, with a mildly fishy flavor.
All you need is a sprinkle of our steak spice - for the ones who would like it more natural: Our sea salt. As pictured in the photos above, we tried to rub the steaks with our Almighty Spice before cooking. It turned out very delicious. Crocodile is easy to prepare. It is best cooked from frozen as during the thawing process most of the moisture runs out. It should be cooked for no longer than two minutes on each side. Make sure not to overcook the steaks and let them rest for a few minutes after cooking. Serve with some lemon juice and a fresh salad. This is the perfect light summer lunch for healthy people!
