Q.Are Antibiotics, Hormonal Drugs, or Vaccines used?
A.They are raised without any of Antibiotics, Hormonal Drugs, or Vaccines. For Grass-Fed Beef made in Australia, some cows are fed with antibiotics depending on their conditions which is really rare. However, they are always exported to Japan after going through resting period(drug-free). Even after they arrive in Japan, they go through examinations to make sure there is no residue from drugs that have been used, then they will be delivered to you finally.
Q.Are they fed with any GMOs(Genetically Modified Organisms)?
A.No, they are not. GMOs are usually used on grain. However, Grass-Fed beef is raised eating natural "grass only". So, they never eat GMOs.
Q.What is the difference between Grass-Fed Beef and normal beef (Grain-Fed)?
A.Grass-Fed Beef are raised eating "grass only" and get to graze(walk, run, gallop, and eat) freely. The exercise makes the meat less fatty and more lean. (Grain has lots of carbs that causes the meat to be more fatty) Lean part itself is more firm and meaty. Compared to grain-fed beef, Grass-Fed Beef has stronger aroma and flavor of meat itself.
