Enjoy your lamb rump roasted or stir-fried with vegetables, wild mushrooms, asparagus, garlic, potatoes or Halloumi cheese. You can serve it sliced with salads and pasta and even cook them in marinades.
This is a great smaller alternative to the whole leg of lamb.
First, preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Then, rub some olive oil and salt & pepper on the meat.
Place the meat on an oven tray and roast for about 15 to 20 minutes.
After roasting, let the meat rest in the oven for about 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven and start cutting it to your desired thickness! Enjoy!
