Recently lamb has suddenly grown in popularity and we've taken the liberty to create our very own Lamb Yaki-Niku Slices!  We even recommend these slices to first-timers! These come pre-sliced for Yaki-Niku, so all you have to do is slap them on the grill! Many people have this image that lamb meat is incredibly tough, but because lamb is mostly fat, its actually soft and easy to devour! This is one even grandma and her dentures can enjoy! Let loose your inner carnivore! 

Serving Suggestion

Simply season to your liking and dig in! (After grilling of course).

The Meat Guy recommends his Almighty Spice or even the yaki-niku sauce you might have around the house.

焼肉の一品にもお勧め

焼肉スライスは。脂身と赤身がいいバランスで
やや小ぶりの焼肉サイズにカットされており、
塩、胡椒定番のAlmightyスパイスで食べて、とても
美味しかったです。私はラムの風味の味わえる
塩胡椒が好きなのですが、
もちろん焼肉のタレでも美味しかったです。

昔の冷凍マトンの名残か、羊は臭いという風評が
あるのは本当に残念です。
ラムはラムの風味がありますが、全体に癖がなく
赤身の部分をしっかり焼いてもパサツキ感が無く、
牛肉に比べてあまり硬くならないように思います。

とりあえず、定番の焼肉ラインアップの中に
この焼肉スライスやラム肩肉スライスを
加えてみることをお勧めしたいです。
