The best of the Kangaroo. These loins make great steaks, we recommend medium rare. One of the most tender and tastiest steaks you'll ever have! Kangaroo has a wonderful gamey taste that adds a lot of flavor without being overpowering. A very healthy alternative to other meat cuts.
Thaw completely in the refrigerator, lightly season (our Stake Spice is perfect), allow resting at room temperature for about 10 minutes.
Cook in a hot pan on high heat for around 4 minutes on each side for a medium-rare finish. After cooking, transfer to a plate, cover with foil and allow to rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
Great for Yaki-Niku as well.
