Very Definitely as Described
It really deserves another star for all of these traits, but I chose my 3 star rating due what I feel is the unneeded use of cellulose fiber to keep the chunks of cheese separated. The size of the cheese does vary as described, up to 3/8" thick in my batch, making them too large to use on items like pizza and lasagna as received. I had to thaw out the stuff in order to break up the stuff, or risk too thick of a cheese layer, or a spotty one. In the end, my preferred method was to ball up the cheese after thawing and running it through my grater. The cellulose is unneeded in this case and stuff like fondue, and unfortunately affects how the product melts ultimately. I much prefer buying block cheese in the States for this reason and any possible heath affects, if any, of cellulose. It would also be in keeping with the "natural" description.
I will most likely buy again, but only in conjunction with other items.
