3 Easy and Convenient Recipes for Your Home Parties
It’s kind of an unspoken rule to keep in mind the preferences of your guests when preparing party favors. You have to make feel good! Be sure to know what your guests like and most importantly, what they don’t like! Below we’d like to introduce 3 of our recommended recipes for home parties.
Easy to Eat from Children to the Elderly! Meatloaf with Tofu!
Of course, you have to keep in mind the age groups that are coming to your party. If little jimmy was born a year ago, you can’t expect him to be able to slam a whole ribeye steak in one sitting. Grandma and her dentures might have a hard time gnawing a well-done steak as well! Here’s a recipe that’ll fix both of those issues as meat loaf and tofu are not only great tasting combinations, but go down quite easy!
- <Ingredients>About the Size of a Pound Cake Pan
-
★ Ground Beef 150g
★ Tofu 150g
★ 1 Egg
★ Dried Bread Crumbs 40g
★ Onion (1/2)
★ 1/2 tea spoon of salt
★ Pepper、nutmeg (a pinch of both)
・3 boiled eggs
・1/2 Carrot
・French Beans (String Beans) 6~8

3. Line the pound cake pan with a baking sheet and spread 1/3 of the kneaded meat in the pan.
4. Lay the boiled eggs horizontally and surround them with the boiled vegetables. You should try to imagine the cross section here.
5. Add the rest of the meat in the pan, then cook in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 40-50 minutes.
6. Let it cool for a bit before cutting to prevent the meatloaf from falling apart. Drizzle some ketchup or hamburger sauce over top as you like.

Success Points for your Recipes
When cooking meat, it’s important to be sure the fire or heat reaches the center of the meat. This will eliminate anything bad for you that you cannot see with the naked eye.
You can also drastically shorten the cook times of dishes such as beef stew by using a pressure cooker. However, the point is simmer carefully. This is how you prevent the juices from escaping and thus preserving the flavor.
If you over cook the meat however, the cross section will be brown, lacking that red meat flare. But you also want the heat to reach the center of the meat so that it is not raw. Balance is key.
In addition to paying attention to appearance and taste, keep in mind the guests attending to your home party. You have all of the knowledge that you need to get started! Make something memorable!
