In order to suppress the variation in meat quality, we added “Oregano powder” to the breeding fertilizer, which is mainly made of barley and wheat, then bred the cattle for 150 days.
In doing so, the expected outcomes include drip suppression and cell membrane strengthening from the antioxidants in the herbs.

The steak comes from only Angus, Shorthorn, or Hereford beef. All of which are known to have excellent meat quality!

Since it is a grain-fed beef, it has a moderate amount of fat, making it an easy-to-eat steak.
