2 mm slices of tongue at a very nice price. Great for yaki-niku! One of my favorites, just sizzle a little on each side, dip in a little lemon juice and you'll be licking your lips with delight.
There is nothing to go wrong when it comes to yaki niku and beef tongue slices. Just put them into the frying pan and depending on the heat let them cook for about 20 seconds on each side. Use lemon or any other sauce.
