Concerning The Sold Out Notice
For the moment we are currently producing patties by hand and thus as we have recieved a significant amount of orders, this product is now listed as sold out. However, we would request that if you would like to place an order, please contact us directly. We would request that you contact us 2-3 weeks in advance of your preferred delivery date to allow us time to properly prepare. [We aim to produce 40 cases 2-3 weeks prior to an order].※The amount that we can produce may vary depening on order volume. All settlements of payment must be made prior to production. (This does not include Cash on Delivery Orders). We appreciate your understanding and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

100 percent beef hamburger patties. One patty weighs 100 grams (quarter pounder) and there are approx 50 patties per bulk box. These are made from pure whole-muscle cuts of beef that we mix with a little bit of salt and little but of cornstarch. So it holds together. By the way. Our beef patties have been featured on Fuji TV in Japan in a show called "You Doki Time". Check our Media Section to see The Meat Guy's appearance on Japan TV. We also have other kinds of patties, like Beer Patties, Kangaroo Patties, Spicy Patties and so on.
One of the many uses of our patties is breakfast burritos, sausage rolls or sandwiches for example. And fabulous Burgers, of course.
Because size does make a difference! Our regular-sized patties weigh around 100g. We use natural ingredients only and no preservatives or artificial colors, flavors whatsoever!
Fresher than our patties is impossible unless you start molding living cows into patties. We take fresh ingredients (never frozen) and mix them with fresh spices and then mold them into patties. We freeze the packs right after processing. Our patties never contain artificial flavors, preservatives or any kind of chemicals. For the beef patties, we strictly use only beef meat, the same goes for any other kind of patty! You think all this is a lie? Please come to our processing plant and we will happily give you a tour to see with your own eyes.
All the spices we add are 100% natural spices only and most spices are even ground at our processing plant just shortly before we produce our patties which adds extra freshness. Because our patties are additive-free they need to be cooked immediately once you thaw them. The only way to preserve our sausages up to a whole year is by keeping them frozen.
One big advantage of our patties is that they can be easily prepared while frozen. Use low heat to let the patties slowly defrost and cook on the inside.
