Description
The ever popular striploin in a 1 kg block. Perfect for grilling whole and carving. This is one of our most popular items, it's easy to cook, super tasty, and really fun to serve as a single steak.
Our recommendation: coat with our famous Stake Seasoning then throw it on the grill, first searing over direct heat then cooking off to the side. Should take about 30 minutes depending on how hot your grill gets.
*Meat blocks may contain tendons between the meat and the fat. We recomment cutting the tendon off.

単純にオープンで焼きました
思った通りの赤身の肉で美味しかったです。
美味しい
赤身と脂身の間に筋がありますが、しっかりと筋切りをして、一晩玉ねぎに漬け込んで、焼くときは低温でじっくりと時間をかけて焼く事で、程良い食感になりました。柔らかすぎず、硬すぎず、サクッと歯切れのよい仕上がりでした。
楽天のレビューなどでは、中央に大きな筋が入っていたとか、筋と脂を取ったら500グラム程度まで減ったとかありましたが、今回届いた肉はそのようなことはなく大満足でした。
