The Yaki-Niku Slices are cut from the beef rump. Not as soft and tender in texture as our Morgan Ranch Yaki-Niku Slices, but still steak quality. From 100% grass-fed Australian beef. Thick cut, 200g per pack.

Serving Suggestion

These guys do best on a Yaki-Niku or electric grill. Cook to medium rare, best served with sea salt or your favorite Yaki-Niku sauce. I heard The Meat Guy's Original BBQ Sauce makes a great addition, by the way ...
