Our super juicy Hamburg Steak is 100% Australian grass-fed beef. Cut from the whole rump of beef (that's steak quality right there).
Seasoned with all-natural spices. No use of sugar, additives or any preservatives. This is probably the bestestest quality Hamburg Steak you will find in Japan. Served best with beef sauce, veggies, and red wine. (150g x2pc)

These are already seasoned and shaped, all you have to do is toss them in your frying pan, add some olive oil and cook to the desired doneness.
Pro tip: Flatten the burger a bit and lightly press the center to ensure that the hamburger cooks evenly.
Add a small amount of oil to the pan, heat on low for about 4-5 minutes on one side. Turn it over and cover with lid. Steam for about 6-7 minutes.
Stick a toothpick to the center of the hamburger steak. If a clear juice comes out, it's good! (Pink juices will come out when it's raw. Adjust the heating time depending on the results.)

Originated from 18th century Hamburg in Germany, emigrants brought this soft little burger to the USA more than a 100 years ago. Later on, the Japanese traveled to America, found the Hamburg steak and integrated it straight into their own food culture. Now it is a popular dish that can be found everywhere in Japan.
▼About grass-fed beef
Grass-fed beef, as the name suggests, is beef that's been raised on a grass-only diet. These cows are allowed to freely graze in an open pasture, giving them a nice, stress-free environment to live in. The meat from these cows is lean and nutritious. High in protein, low in fat, rich in iron and contains lots of omega-3 (unsaturated fatty acids) and vitamin E!
