Stove Top Pressure Cooker Directions
• Place corned beef in the pressure cooker. Cover beef with water.
• If you want – add onions, potatoes, and or cabbage to the pot before cooking.
• Place lid on pressure cooker.
• Cook over high heat until it reaches high pressure. Lower flame and stabilize pressure. Cook for 40 minutes.
• Stop flame.
• Wait.
• After the pressure releases, put the corned beef on a plate.
• Wait.
• Slice.
• Eat.

All in all, a good deal
Upon opening the box, I was a bit confused about the contents. Without going into detail, let me just say that The Meat Guy clarified everything promptly, and did so much to my satisfaction. And the kilogram of minced beef made a superb meatloaf.
I gave the box 4 stars instead of 5 because the box contained two bottles of BBQ sauce, which accounted for 800 grams of the total 3 kg. weight. I was expecting 3 kg. of meat.

Excellent sausages
The whole family really enjoyed these. I was a bit worried that my grandsons would not like the herbal flavors, but they did and asked for more. This was a bit surprising to me since they're used to standard Japanese supermarket sausages, which generally do not contain herbs. All in all, great sausages!

Grass-Fed Beef Thick Flank Block (1kg)
CROCK POT-A-LICIOUS!
Decided to cook this in cognac with onions, carrots and potatoes on low for 6 hours in my crock pot. Very delicious, with only 1 tablespoon of fat to be skimmed off. It's a meaty meat, so the cognac gravy was the perfect compliment to this cut's rough texture.
FREE SPICE -- USE WITH CAUTION
Forgot to mention, used the free spice that arrived with the sirloin block on some deer meat we had. If you're thinking like I did -- that the red color of the spice is due to paprika -- be warned. It's not! The red color is due to red pepper. And because I used it generously on the deer meat, it was WAY too "hot" for me. I couldn't taste the meat at all. So if you use it on your expensive beef, I suggest using it VERY sparingly.
TENDER & TASTY
Cut off the fat (135 grams) and sliced into 4 steaks. Patted dry, seasoned with salt, garlic powder and onion powder, and braised in a cast iron skillet. Perfection!

Got it at a great price, so maybe that earned an extra star from me?
The taste of these is a little bit gamey; so, I'm assuming that these are coming from the truly deepest off-cuts.
Sorry of like a ホルモン flavour.
Regardless, tried it as a burger.
I recommend you keep it thin (Smash Burger style) to balance the gamey taste with your condiments.
Goes well in my chili, though!!
