Despite being a bit fatty this made excellent meatballs for a spicy Italian spaghetti sauce. Dare I say "That's a spicy meat a ball" (apologies for 60s reference).

The Meat Guy 100% Ground Beef (250g)
I bought these for the first time recently and was very pleasantly surprised. Either as a single topping or mixed with pepperoni the made a fine pizza.

KINSOU-DORI CHICKEN TENDERS (1KG)
These were very tasty and tender. I marinaded them and cooked them over a gas fire basted with Meat Guy Spicy BBQ sauce.
These have been a necessary part of my Easter pies for the last number of years. Delicious, a bit spicy and not too salty.
Even great just in a scramble.

Grass-Fed Beef Filet Mignon (250g)
Very tender, very satisfying, flavorful and reasonably priced. Easy to defrost and prepare into thinner slices. Will order again soon. Thank you.

KINSOU-DORI Tebamoto Drumsticks (1kg)
These are so easy to make. Just put on your favorite rub and or maybe some lemon zest and juice and thyme and roast for 1 hour at about 180 deg C. I usually toss them in BBQ and wing sauce when they come out and they are so good!! So glad they are also raised locally. Recommended!!

Kangaroo Burger Patties (200g)
Its hard to find Kangaroo meat over here so I'm so glad the meat guy stocks it!! I love these in a burger but they are also excellent if making a rich meaty bolognese sauce (when broken up) or a cassoulet!! Perfect for adding that richness and gamey flavor. My son loves them!!

Boneless Lamb Shoulder Block
This lamb shoulder is the best slow roasted for at about 140 deg C for 2.5 hours. I usually turn it up a bit towards the end to its to get a bit of a crust on the outside. So good with some mint jelly (hey Meat Guy maybe you should be stocking Mint Jelly as well....?)
Its so tender and tasty. Recommended!!
I bought three packages of these off-cuts on sale for a very reasonable price. We cooked 250 grams of these the other day in a skillet, with a simple salt and pepper rub. Absolutely delicious! Will buy again.
It was surprisingly good. And it's way better than the other veggie burgers that we had before. Will definitely buy this again.
My wife and I definitely love this sausage.
I bought a 5-pack and was glad I did. This meat is mildly flavorful and can be cooked in a variety of ways. My favorite is stir-fries with veggies, but it`s also great mixed with either the Original Steak Spice or Original Spice, onions, garlic, bell peppers, and other ingredients when making hamburgers, meat loaf, chili, or curry.
