Your order will usually be shipped within 2 - 3 working days. We ship by frozen or chilled courier service (Sagawa). Please see our shipping rates below. If you are not at home when your delivery arrives the driver will leave a note on your door with a telephone number and tracking number. If you call that number they will arrange a new delivery time. The shipping rates below are per order NOT per item. No matter how many items you purchase, you will only be charged the single shipping fee. We deliver from 10 am to midnight !!
We can arrange a delivery time frame for you beginning with 10:00 AM to Noon and then two hour time frames from that point on as late as 10:00 PM to Midnight. Occasionally the shipping company runs a little late so if you have any trouble let us know. We can also provide you with a tracking number that can be monitered on the internet if you would like.
Pick-up orders OKAY!
For our customers in the Nagoya area, if you would like to save on shipping charges you are also welcome to pick up your order at our office/plant in Minami-ku Nagoya. Please call for directions and let us know when you are coming by because we only carry a limited inventory at this location.
Our office hours are Monday - Friday, 10:00AM - 5:00PM.
Payment Options
We offer three easy payment methods.
- COD* cash - you pay the driver in cash
- COD* credit card - you pay the driver via credit card
- Bank Transfer (furikomi) - we will send you an invoice for payment.
*¥300 surcharge for C.O.D. orders
We can also provide a reciept (ryoshusho) if you need one.
Environmentally Friendly
We try our best to be friendly to the environment and frequently re-use shipping containers. So if your box of steaks arrives in a box labeled lamb racks, that's the reason why. For gift sets we always use a new box.
