For our Muslim friends we carry an extensive selection of Halal foods. The list of available Halal items is always changing and expanding so it is best to contact us directly to find out what we have in stock. If you place an order and you only want the product if we have it in Halal, just indicate that in the comments section and we will not ship it to you if we cannot confirm that our current stock is Halal.

Halal Markings

As you probably know, there are hundreds, if not thousands, of varieties of Halal certification. We cannot keep up on all of them. The Halal mark may appear on the case but not the individual packages, if this is the case we would be happy to send you a picture of the case markings. When we do further processing of Halal items (such as grinding or cutting) we do not use Halal marking on our packaging.

Morgan Ranch Beef

All of the beef that comes from our ranch, The Morgan Ranch, in Nebraska is Halal. It has been inspected and certified by Halal Transactions / Islamic Services of Omaha, Nebraska, P.O. Box 4546, Omaha, NE 68104, USA, Tel: 1-402-572-6120, Fax: 1-402-572-4020. The Halal Director is Dr. Ahmad Al-Absy. We do not use Halal markings in our packaging but can provide you with a copy of the Halal certificate.

Morgan Ranch Beef	All Morgan Ranch Beef products are Halal.
Lamb	All of our lamb products are usually Halal. However when Halal is not available we do carry non-Halal product.
Chicken	CHI002, CHI005, and CHI006 are usually Halal. However when Halal is not available we do carry non-Halal product.
Fish	I believe that FIS001 and FIS002 are Halal.
Cheese	CHE003, the Cream Cheese, has a Halal mark on each package.
