You need 1 Bone-in Lamb Leg, About 2 tablespoons of The Meat Guy's Original Stake Spice, About 5 tablespoons of Olive Oil, One cup of Red Wine.
A lamb leg doesn't have to be just for special occasions. With this recipe and a pressure cooker you can have an Easter Roast in about 45 min

Step 1: Coat the lamb with olive oil and then work the spice into it.
Step 2: Brown the leg with the remaining olive oil in a large skillet.
Step 3: Chuck the leg into a pressure cooker along with wine (and anything (and anything else you want to cook ? garlic, onions, celery, etc. all add to the flavor). Bring the pressure cooker up to steam and let it cook for about 30 minutes
then let it cool down (about 15 minutes)
Step 4. Remove the leg and reduce the liquid in the pan for a simple gravy. Step 5. Celebrate!
