We hand make these sausages ourselves and are sure you will love them. Our most popular version - Spicy!
We use cayenne pepper to give these sausages their kick, they're not painfully hot, but spicy enough to kick in the endorphins. You'll notice below we've gotten a comment from someone saying these are the “best sausages” they've ever eaten – that's a real comment, we didn't make that up. We hear that a lot about these sausages. This friend of mine Jamie, a fat guy from Canada, he loves these things, he also says they're the best sausages he's ever had. And he's fat so he knows a thing or two about good eatin'!

Just a quick e-mail to say thanks for the meaty good times. I had a BBQ for 10 people last Wednesday, the strip steaks were a site for sore eyes. Your service is great, it couldn't really be much easier or convenient. As good as the steaks were, the spicy bangers were without a doubt the best sausage my friends or I have ever eaten, and we have eaten a lot of sausages. Honestly, they are sensational. Dry - Hamburger patties - New 4 pack

100 percent beef hamburger patties. 1 patty is 100 grams and there are 4 patties per pack. The perfect size for our hamburger buns. 100 grams is about a quarter pounder. These are made from pure whole-muscle cuts of beef, no offal, no extenders, just fresh ground beef that we mix with a little bit of salt and a little bit of cornstarch (so it holds together).
