A meat guy original, specially designed down in our flavor workshop by real elves!! Some call it back bacon, others Canadian Bacon, others prefer Pea Meal Bacon, although there’s no peas in bacon. Our baby’s Back Bacon is a lean pork loin, cured with sea salt and our own special blend of spices, then rolled in corn meal. Your breakfast plate will thank you. Be one of the first to try!
Like all of our in-house products, this bacon has no added nitrates or preservatives. That gives it a natural savory, salty taste that you won’t find in mass production bacon
