This ground beef just might make the best hamburger you have ever tasted. I take one of the leanest cuts and grind it. This is not ground "trimmings". This is a full "round roast" turned into mince beef. This is a very course grind (6mm) which means more flavor and less cooking loss. You will love it.

Frozen - Taco & Chili Spice Mix Bottle
-
You'll be spreken ze Mexican after a dose of our taco spice. Just mix with ground beef, pork, or chicken breast and "ai caramba!" - you've got tacos. Start with one teaspoon per 400 grams meat for milder tacos and go up from there. You can also make a mean Cajun shrimp, chili, cocktail sauce, basically anything is better with a pinch of our taco spice.

You can, and should, put Jalapeño peppers on everything (except your eyes, that would hurt).
Dry - Cheese Sauce in a jar
-
When I saw this in one of our supplier's catalogs I suddenly got nostalgic for Cheez Whiz. Unfortunately, popping open one of these jars does not instantly turn you into a stumbling college freshman with a metabolism suited for living off nothing but beer and nachos. It tastes OK on macaroni, you can come up with a pretty good approximation of convenience store nachos, but you're stomach will hate you for ingesting this stuff.
Dry, we don't recommend shipping frozen.
