The Meat Guy's Turkey Roasting Bag – Perfect turkey every time.

Instructions:
1.,Unfold bag and sprinkle about 1 tablespoon flour into the bag and shake to coat the interior of the bag evenly.
2.,Place defrosted, seasoned, turkey into the bag (breast side up for nicer presentation, down for juicier breast meat). If roasting along with vegetables place these in the bag as well.
3.,Close the bag using the provided tie and trim the excess plastic.
4.,Place into a shallow roasting pan and make sure that no parts of the bag hang over the sides.
5.,Cut 4 to 6 small (about 5 mm) slits into the top of the bag
6.,Place the pan/bag/turkey/vegetables contraption into pre-heated oven (175°C or 350°F).
7.,Cook until you and the majority of the cooks in the kitchen think that it’s about done (if you are alone then you really should consider whether or not you truly understand how these holiday/turkey roast events are supposed to work), then cut open the top of the bag for the last 20-30 minutes for a crispier skin.
8.,Remove from oven, cover with foil and let sit for 10 minutes before carving.
9.,Eat and repeatedly proclaim that this is the best turkey you have ever had.
-DO NOT let the bag come into contact with the sides, top, or bottom of the oven. DO NOT let the oven get hotter than 205°C or 400°F.
Follow these guidelines for un-stuffed turkeys, we recommend cooking stuffing separately. If you must stuff your turkey add 30 minutes, the internal temperature should reach 75°C or 165°F
