A practical sized roast for the Japanese oven. This mini ribeye cooks up really tender and tasty. Of all the cuts we sell, this is probably the easiest to cook – it will be tender even if you cook it hot and fast and because it is nicely marbled it is harder to overcook than other cooks. So if you (or someone who cooks for you) really aren't very good at cooking but don't like to admit it, this is the product for you.

5 Stars Great cut of beef for a roast for 2-4 people. Cut off the bag left uncovered for one day in the fridge, 3 hours prior took out from the fridge, seared in hot pan, then added to oven, hottest it can go for less than 30 minutes until 44c in the middle, took out uncovered and left to rest as long as it cooked. Was evenly pink and amazing flavor. Fantastic cut would recommend. review
