Christmas wouldn't be the same without a roasted pork shoulder.
This cut is also known as a pork collar or a Boston Butt (apparently in Boston, then don't know where their butts are located).
For "real" pulled pork, slow smoke this for 4 - 6 hours, then shred it with a fork, or if you like to cheat a little, throw it a pressure cooker for 30 minutes and mix some of our powdered hickory smoke or barbecue sauce into the pulled pork.
Length is about 27cm, Width is about 10cm.

The pork shoulder from Denmark I bought recently was done up in the slow cooker yesterday and served on the Ciabatta buns. Just awesome! Beautiful meat and the bread was perfect. With a little liquid smoke or BBQ sauce, and something a little fiery this would be just perfect!(From P.N in Tokyo)
