The Meat Guy Marquez (Spicy Lamb) Sausage: We hand make these sausages ourselves and are sure you will love them. These were inspired by a popular Moroccan style sausage that we then put our own twist to. We use real Harissa, a type of chilli paste, to flavor them. Harissa tends to vary in spiciness from bottle to bottle so there is a little variation in the heat of these sausages, but they are always tasty. This is my personal favorite, there is another version of Marquez that is less spicy and flavored with mint which is popular in Spain and Portugal, we call that one our "Lamb - Herb Flavored"

Felsenkeller Cheese - Wedge: Stone Cellar Cheese, named for the centuries-old cellars that this cheese is matured in. I still have my tasting notes from when I first tried this cheese, I tried to write down a few descriptors but finally just ended up with "fabulous freaking cheese!" This is my favorite of our Austrian varietals, it is complex with a supple mouth feel, flowery, nutty, coma-inducing richness. Probably one of the best hard cheeses ever made. This is one wedge cut from the wheel, we leave the outer paper attatched so you can confirm what you are recieving, if you notice any flecks of green on the surface of the cheese, that's where it came from, probably better not to eat the paper...
This cheese is made from unpasteurized milk from grass-fed cows. It is lactose free!

Shipping and General Policies

	Courier Service: We use either Sagawa Kyubin or Yamato Takyubin depending upon location and cost. We can't always accept requests to specify a courier service. Once we have assigned you a courier and tracking number we will send an e-mail with that number and a link to the courier's site. The delivery companies are contractors and we only have very limited control over the shipment once it leaves our dock. If they do something wrong it is not our fault (so please don't get mad at us) but we will still make sure it gets fixed, however problems with deliveries are very, very rare.
	Basic Shipping Charges (all including tax): Honshu and Shikoku: 650 Yen Kyushu and Hokkaido: 850 Yen Okinawa: 1575 Yen For other islands and locations we charge at cost, please ask. If you have ordered a mix of frozen, chilled, and dry items you will be able to choose among more than one shipping option during checkout, the shipping fee for an additional parcel is just 490 Yen The shipping fee includes all frozen and chilled surcharges The shipping fee is a flat rate, no matter how much you order. So please order lots!!
	Combined Shipping of Chilled and Frozen: If you choose to have chilled and frozen (or dry) items shipped together we will usually ship frozen because this is the safest option to avoid spoilage. We will sometimes ship frozen items chilled if the item is safe to thaw and re-freeze. We can't always honor requests to ship frozen items chilled (to speed up de-frost time) but we will try our best.
	Free Shipping or Shipping Included Items: For items that we advertise as "Free Shipping" or "Shipping Included" there will be no extra charge for other items that we can combine with that shipment. This offer is good for addresses in Hokkaido, Honshu, Shikoku, and Kyushu, for locations in Okinawa or other islands we will deduct 850 Yen from the shipping charge (sorry, that's the price of living someplace nice).
	Free Shipping on orders over 25,000 Yen: We now offer free shipping on orders over 25,000 Yen, this offer is good for addresses in Hokkaido, Honshu, Shikoku, and Kyushu, for locations in Okinawa or other islands we will deduct 850 Yen from the shipping charge.
	Turn Around: We usually ship all orders within 2-7 days, for bank transfer and payments by PayPal we ship within 3-7 of confirming payment. Our turn around is usually really fast, over 90% of all orders that don't ask for a delayed delivery date are shipped the next business day, but if the delivery date is very important to you please allow at least 3 business days just to be sure. You can request something earlier, but it might not get there. We are closed for shipments (and everything else) Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays, those days don't count as "business days".
