Should I be calling this a Sidney Strip? The same cut as the Kansas City strip but from down under. Not as tender as the US steaks but plenty of flavor.

Just a quick e-mail to say thanks for the meaty good times. I had a BBQ for 10 people last Wednesday, the strip steaks were a site for sore eyes. Your service is great, it couldn't really be much easier or convenient.? As good as the steaks were, the spicy bangers were without a doubt the best sausage my friends or I have ever eaten, and we have eaten a lot of sausages. Honestly, they are sensational. Keep up the good work!
