Awesome beef. This is a big block of the tastiest cut. You can roast this whole or cut it into steaks. I like to cut this in quarters and then get 4 super-thick steaks. I grill on indirect heat to slowly get the meat to medium rare, then finish them off on high heat to have a nice crust. Fabulous!
