The Meat Guy's ready-to-cook french-style pork orloff roast - bacon and cheese stuffed pork loin. We use our own Austrian smoked bacon and white cheddar cheese and our own spices. Everything is hand-made at our processing plant in Nagoya, Japan. It will arrive to you frozen and pre-seasoned and all you need to do is defrost it for at least 1 day and then roast in an oven for approx. 90 min. at 180 degrees celcius. Also we highly recommend to let the roast rest for approx. 10 minutes after cooking before serving for juicier and much tender meat. Frozen.

We make these by cutting up a whole pork belly, the pieces that come from the front-end of the pig have a bit more rib meat on them and are not quite as squarely shaped. Pro tip: A 1 kg block of pork belly can also be added to your bath to make your skin smooth and silky.
