US Beef

US Beef
Beef from the US of A, the country that invented cows... There is a reason why American Beef is famous, when it is good, it has the perfect balance of marbling, tenderness, and a rich flavor that has rarely been duplicated anywhere else. We have some of the best that you can find in Japan.

These are USDA choice grade rib fingers - not the fingers of the cow. Cows don't have fingers, silly! These is the meat that remains on the roast once the ribs have been removed. So basically boneless ribs. You will start seeing them more often lately as this cut is gaining popularity. A bit on the fatty and juicy side they are best suitable for bbq roasting. You can also cook them as you would cook ribs: boil first and then roast. We have enjoyed grilling them on the grill and then cutting them up for skewers and finger food - our Japanese staff loved them very much. All you need is a bit of sea salt or our steak spice. This pack is enough for at least 7-8 people (!!) Frozen.

Named after the sound this big boy will make when you throw it on the grill. These steaks are cut huge-iliciously at 450 grams, 16 ounces, a whole pound-o-steak. This is USDA Choice, some of the best beef in Japan! If you are able to eat this whole steak in one sitting, we will sell you another one for the same price!

This is the real deal! The real thing! USDA Choice porterhouse steak of approx. 750gm up. Cut really thick for a juicy steak you or your friends will never forget. What is a Porterhouse steak? The Porterhouse is kind of a composite steak coming from the point where the tenderloin and top loin meet. Basically an over-sized T-Bone steak the porterhouse is thicker cut and has much more of the tenderloin relative to the loin portion. Frozen

The best of both worlds! Sirloin and Tenderloin in one steak. Cut to about 600gm from USDA Choice beef! The only difference from our Porterhouse steak is its thickness, weigh (about 750gm) and the amount of Tenderloin on the steak. Shipping is frozen!

Since when did the T-Bone steak become an L-bone steak? What comes next? The I-bone? This is the part of the shortloin that does not feature tenderloin. We call it L-bone steak. Might be known as club steak in other parts of the world. Frozen.
