We hand make these sausages ourselves and are sure you will love them. These are traditional English flavor, we don't really know what that means, but they seem to be very well received by Brits, Welsh, Aussies, just about anyone from a place with the Queen on their currency, and several places with no Queen at all. Like all of our house-made sausages, we add no artificial preservatives or colors, just fresh ground pork and our own special blend of seasonings, stuffed by hand. 5 sausages per pack.

To do these up right you should first simmer them in beer with some browned onions, then grill them. That's right, beer in the sausage, then sausage in the beer, mathematically it looks something like this: Perfect Brats = grilled sausages X ((beer simmering + onions browned with olive oil) X (sausage X beer in the sausage)). 5 sausages per pack.

If you've never tried this South African style sausage you are missing out on a treat. This is a beef and pork sausage with a hint of coriander and cloves. We've put our own little touches to this coiled sausage here and there. The most obvious being that this is a much thinner sausage than the original but we found this makes it a lot easier to cook.

We use cayenne pepper to give these sausages their kick, they're not painfully hot, but spicy enough to kick in the endorphins. Our version of an Italian New Year's tradition (can be eaten any time of year). This is our most rich and flavorful sausage, we make these by adding a little rind-on pork belly and Parmesan cheese to our sausage grind, then spice it with cinnamon, nutmeg, and just a touch of basil. 3 sausages per pack.

We get a lot of requests for a beef hot-dog which seems to be impossible to find in Japan. With that in mind we recently reformulated our beef sausage to make it more frankfurter-esque. We gave it a bit of a finer grind, kicked up the garlic and smoke flavors, and put it in a thinner lamb casing so it's pork-free for those who don't eat the pig. I wouldn't want to call this a hot dog because that sounds kind of low-end, this is a hot dog on roids with a buzz-cut, in a Mustang with the top-down, and a couple blondes in hot pants in the back seat.

We hand make these sausages ourselves and are sure you will love them. These were inspired by a popular Moroccan style sausage that we then put our own twist to. We use real Harissa, a type of chilli paste, to flavor them. Harissa tends to vary in spiciness from bottle to bottle so there is a little variation in the heat of these sausages, but they are always tasty. This is my personal favorite, there is another version of Marquez that is less spicy and flavored with mint which is popular in Spain and Portugal, we call that one our "Lamb - Herb Flavored"

Perfectly balanced flavors make this a lamb sausage that you can feed to people who don't like lamb sausages and they will love it! This is the same sausage we made for the Australian Pavilion during the Expo back in 2005. We take out all the work and just add the mint and rosemary into the sausage - very tasty!
We use natural lamb shoulders from Tasmania, Italian sea salt, and our own mix of spices and herbs to make these in-house. The result is a fantastic and health little sausage with no artificial ingredients.

These are made from pure whole-muscle cuts of beef, no offal, no extenders, just fresh ground beef that we mix with a little bit of salt and a little bit of cornstarch (so it holds together).

If you've ever wanted to make your own sausages this is a good starting point. This is a natural pork casing on a pipe. The size is 34/36 mm, this is the size we use for our pork sausages. One pipe is abuot 6 meters, enough for around 4 kilos of sausages, depending upon how often you link. These come salted so all you have to do is rinse and then soak until soft and you are ready to stuff.

The size is 18/20 mm, this is the size we use for our unNatural Boerewors sausages and our Maple Links. These come salted so all you have to do is rinse and then soak until soft and you are ready to stuff.
One pipe is about 4-5 meters and you can make about 2-3 kilos worth of sausages with that, depending upon how often you link.
