The tasty meat between the bones is definitely the most robust cut of beef. These are nice big racks with small bones and lots of meat. These come from Chile and the cattle are Japanese Wagyu bred and raised down there so they are richly marbled and super juicy.
Try braising these and then finishing on the grill, you can't go wrong. One rack is easily enough for two servings.

A great deal on a big pack of sliced Parma Ham, the real stuff, from Italy. This is one of the tastiest sliced hams I've tried. It's easy to use, each super-thin slice (less than 1 mm) is separated by a plastic sheet so you can peel them apart. The only one in Japan! We take a chicken and stuff it in a duck, then we take the duck and stuff it in a turkey. We remove all the bones and liberally pack in a helping of our stuffing mix, then sew the whole thing up. The coolest centerpiece of any party.
